Download M. P. Olivia Chow's petition. And get it filled with names and the people's addresses. According to law, any petition that has five or more names on it must be read out in parliament. Sending a lot of these petitions with five or more signatures would have the effect of slowing down the work in parliament as well as serve notice that these bills (C-51 and C-52) must be stopped.
